Shipping
Each item is exclusively and individually made for every client. Due to the nature of our products, please allow approximately 10-14 days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.
We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred on international orders.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Los Angeles Pick Up
We also offer pick up for Los Angeles residents. Once the order is received, send us an email at hello@elanamadeit.com with your order # and let us know that you'd like to retrieve your order directly from our showroom. We will confirm via email the order is ready and the customer will receive information. Pick up will be in Beverly Hills.
Please kindly note we do not offer try-ons at our studio. It is strictly "pick up only".
