If your item is defective or damaged, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue.

To be eligible for store credit:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Exchange requests should be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
  • There is flexibility in selecting a different item for the exchange.

We will guide you through the return process upon approval of your exchange request. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue your store credit within 7 business days.
